During rush hour we recommend that you use local transport. The exhibition grounds are a short walking distance from U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations Sternschanze, Dammtor and Messehallen.
Train
Dammtor railway station by the exhibition grounds is part of the railway network of Deutsche Bahn.
Hamburg Airport
Hamburg Airport is located in the north of Hamburg in the district of Fuhlsbüttel. From there, you can reach the exhibition grounds by airport bus, normal bus service, S-Bahn or taxi. Depending on the traffic, the exhibition grounds are a 20-minute drive from the airport, or around 30 minutes by public transport depending on which connection you choose.
Accessibility for the disabled

Notes about disabled access arrival
By car: Dedicated disabled parking for visitors is available in the A area and the B area. The parking spaces in the A area are near hall A3. Please enter the grounds via gate A3. The parking spaces in the B area are near hall B6. Please enter the grounds via gate B6. Disabled parking is available at a discount and costs €3 per day. Your disabled ID card must be displayed visibly in the car.
By public transport: All entrances open for the early bird, Mitte, Ost and Süd, are disabled accessible. Several stops and means of transport can be used. We recommend that you visit
www.hvv.de under “Wissenswertes” – “Mobilität für alle-barrierefrei unterwegs” and create your own personal timetable. There you can also find out about the state of the lifts at the public transport stops in order to reschedule if necessary.

Parking
Hamburg Messe is signposted at the motorway exits. These signs indicate the shortest route to the exhibition grounds.
The following parking is available at the exhibition ground:
- Multi-storey car park Lagerstraße, entrance Mitte: 800 parking spaces, charged by the hour, maximum of € 9 per trade fair day
- Multi-storey car park Bei den Kirchhöfen, entrance Ost: 500 parking spaces, charged by the hour, maximum of € 9 per trade fair day
- Car park Heiligengeistfeld: 1,000 to 3,000 parking spaces depending on event (e.g. DOM), € 5 per day per car
- Multi-storey car parks Messe/CCH: 800 parking spaces, charged by the hour
- Caravans: caravans € 15 per night, car park “Heiligengeistfeld”. Entry via Feldstraße.
