Visitor service

The trade fair hostesses at the Info points help you find exhibitors and are there to answer your questions. Almost every hall has an Info point, clearly marked by a banner hanging from the ceiling. 

Almost all Info points offer free soft drinks to visitors.

The kindergarten is open on Saturday, 28 July 2012 and on Sunday, 29 July 2012 (footbridge between B1 and B2 first floor) from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Children (from the age of three) are looked after free of charge.

There are many coffee shops and restaurants on the exhibition grounds (see below). One of the main attractions is Cafe Argentino in hall B1.0 (ground floor) in the Trend Show area. Light refreshment are available free of charge from our juice bars next to the Info points and in the early bird lounge in hall B3.1 (first floor).

The latest issue of the early bird magazine will be published just before the start of the trade fair. It gives you all the early bird news and trends. The magazine will be posted to around 20,000 registered professional visitors.
