Assembly and disassembly
The assembly and disassembly times for the early bird from 28 - 30 July 2012 can be found in the following overview. Please observe the specified times: your stand must be assembled before the start of the trade fair and must not be disassembled before the end of the trade fair.
Assembly:
Tue 24/07/2012: 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Wed 25/07/2012: 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Thu 26/07/2012: 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Fri 27/07/2012: 8 a.m. - open end
Entry: gate B1 St. Petersburger Str., gate B6 Bei den Kirchhöfen, gate A2 Lagerstr.
Exit: gate B4 St. Petersburger Str., gate B6 Bei den Kirchhöfen, gate A2, A3, A4 Lagerstr.
Snack bars open during assembly times:
Tue 24/07/2012: Pick up hall B2 EG
Wed 25/07/2012: Pick up hall A4, hall B2 EG
Thu 26 – Fri 27/07/2012: Pick up hall A4, hall B2 EG, hall B7
from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Disassembly:
Mon 30/07/2012: from 6 p.m.
Tue 31/07/2012: until midnight

Early assembly on Mon 23/07/2012:
- Early assembly must be approved by HWD AG in writing. For each stand assembled early, HWD AG will bill proportionally 500 euros plus VAT.
- A permit for early assembly can only be obtained for stands of at least 150 sqm in size.
- The early assembly permit is valid only for the stand indicated.
- You may enter the exhibitions grounds early only with written authorisation from HWD AG. Please produce the permit on entering the grounds.
- A maximum of 15 stands may be assembled early.
Exhibitors/stand builders found without a permit will be charged an additional 1,000 euros plus VAT per stand by Hamburg Messe.
We will send you an application form on request.

If you have any questions about stand assembly and special stand equipment (additional walls, tables, chairs, heaters, carpet, display cases etc.), please contact the stand construction firms in the halls.

Order forms
The standard stand equipment provided includes an assembled trade fair stand with walls (2,50 m high) and a power connection with 2 KWh per 25 sqm floor space. Other services can be ordered using the order forms on this website.
For special stand equipment (additional walls, tables, chairs, heaters, carpet, display cabinets etc.), please contact our stand construction firms.
Stand catering is provided by Stockheim Catering Hamburg GmbH; a contact/order form will be available from June 2012.
