The smallest available stand size is 16 sqm. Subject to alterations.
The following services are included in the stand price:
- An assembled system stand depending on type of stand including power connection
- Trade fair organisation
- Liability insurance (not including theft insurance)
- Entry in exhibitor print catalogue, online entry in exhibitor database
- Supporting programme: Design Island, seminars for specialist retailers, Trend Show
- PR & advertising: advertising in the specialist and daily press, ads in the specialist press, visitor mailings or newsletter, early bird magazine, website with exhibitor database, early bird app
Additional equipment for your stand is available from the stand construction firms that are onsite during the early bird. For services and prices, please speak to the relevant contact person.
With the conclusion of the stand rental agreement, participants at the early bird accept our conditions of participation/general terms and conditions, general rules and technical and security guidelines.
Organiser
HWD Hanseatische Wirtschaftsdienste AG was founded in 1972 by the CDH in the north as a service provider to support the association.
The company’s main objective is to organise CDH trade fairs in the association’s region of Northern Germany paying special attention to the distribution interests of CDH member companies. The trade fairs, which mostly take place in Hamburg, address a professional audience only.
Our shareholders are mostly exhibitors at our trade fairs and select service companies.
